- Medium Glycemic Index 56-69

- High Glycemic Index 70-100
  Baked Potato, White Bread, White Rice, Shredded Wheat Cereals, Pumpkin, Rutabaga
  Potato, Wheat, Grain, Honey (not included in Orthodoxes Paleo Diet) and Rice excluded from Paleo Diet.

Majority of fruits, vegetables and nuts are low Glycemic Index. There are a few fruits or vegetable that have a medium Glycemic Index. Paleo foods with medium glycemic index (bananas, raisins and pineapple).
